You will feel inexplicable anger all the time. This is a common symptom and will happen to you too. But holding your anxiety back will increase your need for cigarette. Whenever you feel angry discuss with the people close to you, go for a walk or drink a glass of water. Don’t come anywhere near that cigarette pack no matter what happens!
